  My son got a record player for Christmas and was excited to come browse through the record selection. We called in advance and were told they closed at 6 p.m. We arrived at 5:20 p.m. Exactly ten minutes later (at 5:30 p.m.) the older lady working the front desk came through the shop shouting (and I mean shouting!) "we're closed! we're closed!" I explained that we called earlier and were told they closed at 6 p.m. She very rudely said "you didn't call me. I've been here at day. WE ARE CLOSED NOW!" We promptly left the store and had to unlock the door in order to let ourselves out.
  
  SUGGESTIONS: Most shop owners would have warned customers coming in ten minutes before closing that they were about to close. Not waited until they started shopping and then yell at them to leave. Also, most would also have unlocked the door for customers to exit and said things like "please come again soon" or " we open at ______ tomorrow, please come back."
  
  I feel most for the vendors who's sales I'm sure are greatly affected by this women's rude behavior and lack of customer concern.
