  I took my puppy there for a bath. I asked them specifically not to cut her nails because she had them done at the vet's office a few days before. When I went to pick her up (two hours later!), she was literally jumping out of the cage to go home. They also told me that they had cut her nails anyways. She is now walking with a limp. She has no energy and can't seem to get enough water. The ladies there are not very personable and never looked me in the eye once. I recommend you go elsewhere.
